I'm at the historical Galatasaray Hamam Turkish baths to try it out. This is my 2nd time back to Turkey, and so I am excited to get back into a hamam.

I haven't been to a Turkish hamam since I made this video at Aga Hamami in Istanbul a few years before:

I ordered the hamam dead skin scrub for 600 Lira. They had us in and out in 30 minutes and finished. Then sat me in front of a drink menu.

I would not return. That said, it is a beautiful hamam, right center of Taksim. Good I never returned, since I found much better hamams that didn't feel like greedy tourist traps during this trip.
