I love gorgeous Barbie sets. Barbie is very nostalgic to me. I fondly remember playing with my Barbie dolls with my sister and friends. We would play families and have role play dramas in our younger years. Before tablets , computers games and discord - Barbie was the way to socialise and role play. 1980s Barbie and early 1990s Barbies were out of this world. I would play Barbie and the Rockers tape on my stereo and feel totally cool, haha.

I am so happy my daughter loves Barbie, if you have seen her 3 storey Barbie Dreamhouse, cars and accessory boxes - its a Barbie girl lovers dream! Sometimes I like to sneak into her room and decorate the house. I also am such a fusspot, I like to dress the girls up in their authentic outfits and restyle their hair lol.

SO.... when I saw these amazing Barbie Outdoor Furniture sets, Barbie Pizza Oven and Barbie Picnic Table, Astra and I had to have them. We also got a small Barbie footspa kit and grabbed what we considered the cutest Skipper Babysitting set. Skipper is definitely our favourite Barbie sister right now. Her colouring of blue eyes with brunette hair stands out so much from her blondie sisters.

The Skipper babysitter set was fairly cheap from memory and I enjoy the peg system that Barbie is currently utilising with accessories. It makes it much easier for kids to set up a roleplay and play without everything falling off essential pieces. I was ho-hum about it at first but now I love it!

I hope you enjoy these Barbie openings. I am an Barbie adult collector with my daughter (tweens). I collect a range of dolls but Barbie is one of those brands that whether you love or hate her, she is a staple in the doll world.
