Since l lost my mum in 2013, I have been on a healing and discovery journey - a new journey to life. I have come to believe that sometimes, we go through some pains and we hurt, but we do get better with time.

Thinking about the covid pandemic and the new world, I know that so many are definitely in mourning and so many in difficulties. The song "Beati Qui Lugent" is written in Latin but in English reads "Blessed are those who mourn: they shall be comforted. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for justice, they shall be satisfied".

I have featured my music teacher who is also my mum's friend - Mrs Dorothy Ipere who taught me formal music and inspired me so much right from childhood. She is indeed instrumental to the launching of my music compositions. I had dreamt to sing with her as a child, what a joy to see that come to reality. We hope that "Beati Qui Lugent" will add to the songs to console the mourning and give some hope to the world.
