House Select Committee on Strategic Competition between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party holds its first hearing to address the CCP's potential threat to America.

Witnesses testifying at the hearing include two Trump White House officials — former national security adviser H.R. McMaster and former deputy national security adviser Matthew Pottinger. The committee will also hear from Tong Yi, a Chinese human rights advocate, and Scott Paul, president of the Alliance for American Manufacturing.
